One bedroom with one or two guests: $2400/month- Two bedrooms with up to 4 guests $2700/month
- Three bedrooms with up to 6 guests $3000/month
- Cleaning fee, $100
- Refundable damage deposit, $250
- We request a deposit of one-half month's rent at the time you book your reservation.
- The balance is due upon your arrival.
- We do not accept credit cards.
- Cancellations require a 30 day notice prior to scheduled arrival for a refund of your deposit, less a $100 cancellation fee.
- For cancellations with less than 30 days notice, a $300 cancellation fee will apply.
- NO street shoes, pets or smoking inside the townhome, please.
- Children under the age of 10 with prior approval.
